1. Is sample available for test?
Usually 1 piece of charged sample can be offered for test:
Charge (refundable): sample (1.5 times of MOQ price) and delivery
Sample Lead Time: 10 days after receiving sample charge
All charges for sample will be returned to buyer once a MOQ order is accomplished.
2. What's the packing like? Do you have individual packing for each clock?
Yes, individual packing available for each clock. Detail as follows:
Individual packing: poly bag+foam+white cardboard box
Outer packing: brown cardboard box
Gift box available for big quantity. (For part of clocks)
3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Raw material are purchased after order is confirmed to keep the consistency of products in one singal order. Therefore, usually 40-45 days after receiving deposit.
4. What's the shipping method?
1) For small orders , we will use the international express , such as DHL , UPS , TNT , Fedex etc .
